The Discussion
Bill's is awesome. I especially like them because they have gluten-free pizza that tastes EXACTLY like regular pizza! You can't even tell the difference! Unlike some other places where the gluten-free pizza has a biscuit-like crust, or is really tiny, Bill's does it just right.  I like how the pizza is savory and how they always put the right amount of cheese on. The store has a good decor too. Yes, there is a really awesome painting of a pizza with the cheese dripping off it. It makes me really hungry. And they have four clocks that tell you the time in different places around the world. They also have a piano. But back to the food!!! It is really awesome how you can get a whole  bunch of different types of pizza like pepperoni and sausage, Hawaiian, Meat lovers, a really spicy one I can't remember and more! My favorite is the cheese and pepperoni. The pepperonis are yummy. The pepperoni is spicy but not too spicy, and the cheese is just... well... cheesy! It is not too greasy or bland or too rich or anything. And the cheese usually doesn't fall off the pizza. Well when you bite into it all the cheese comes falling off the pizza until you bite it just right so that the strand of cheese breaks. That's not entirely true! That only happens when it's hot and directly out of the oven. That's when we always eat it! Not necessarily... we don't eat all the pizza when we first get it. Just one slice each. So really, that only happens with one slice per person and even then just for a little bit.  No comment. Okay... Also, about the Hawaiian pizza: It has ham and pepperoni on cheese, which may not sound like the best combination in the world, but it's actually okay! Especially when you put extra chili flakes on it! (Bill's provides chili flakes, cheese, and more things to put on your pizza if you wish.)  I  don't really like this one as much because the pineapple makes everything sweet and I don't like sweet pizza. The ham is okay most of the time but doesn't taste so good others. I don't know about that... But besides that, there is one flaw about Bill's Pizzeria: It takes kind of a long time to get your food. Well, I suppose that depends, but it you're really hungry when you get there (which we usually are) it feels like a while. Well, I suppose that if you want to find out about the other pizza's you'll have to go there.

The Discussion:
I really like the fish (Fish Filets & Napa Cabbage with Chili Sauce) because it is really nice and spicy and savory. I totally agree! It's also cooked in this really nice way, so it's very tender and almost melts in your mouth. It is entirely gluten-free and it's amazingly good, for no soy sauce. The tofu (Ma Po Tofu) also is really nice (it IS! Its texture is also awesome) because it is also really spicy and I think you get the point - I like spicy things. The beans (Sichuan Style String Beans) taste really good and sweet. Well... I wouldn't call them sweet, exactly, but they're still excellent. :) They are not soggy, and are in fact pretty crisp/crunchy, but not burnt. They also have ya cai in them, which makes them especially good. The pork chop is really, really savory but there isn't that much meat sometimes. But they're really great and crunchy!! They are covered in some sort of crunchy thing - not breadcrumbs - that makes every single part of the pork chop WONDERFUL. Even the fatty-ish parts are WONDERFUL. They have a really nice decor and their food is really good. Especially the seafood and tofu.
I like the scallion pancakes (Scallion Pancake) because they are so yummy because they like me and I like them! Yeah... They're also really cute like mini pizzas. I really don't get that. How can something that isn't alive like somebody? But I get he's only a preschooler and doesn't exactly know that yet. And he is silly-ish. Like you said, he is a preschooler. He can't always fully express everything he wants to say... I think. But again on the topic of scallion pancakes, until we became gluten free, I loved eating them so much!!! I like fortune cookies because they are so yum yum yummy in my tum tum tummy. [I like the] way that they crunch. They're so tasty. He is so adorable when he acts like that and talks like that! OFF TOPIC!! I loved fortune cookies and scallion pancakes too until I went gluten-free too. I agree wholeheartedly. Ya, those are good!

The Discussion:
I like all of the sushi. But not the spicy sushi. I only like the good sushi. I really, really love the ebi (shrimp sushi) because it is savory and really juicy and I love shrimp. I do not like the ebi sushi as much. It feels more dry to me. But there is a type of ebi that is covered in batter, so the outside is crunchy, and I LOVE that ebi. I would also like to highlight the spicy tuna and avocado rolls, which are FABULOUS. The are composed of avocado, cucumber, tuna, and spicy mayonnaise!!! They are very spicy, so if you don't like spicy things then these are not for you, but they are excellent for those who do like spicy!!  [I like] the eel (unagi) because I like it so much! I used to love the eel but it has soy sauce in it and soy sauce has gluten. Yes. It is really juicy and flavorful, and because of that goes very nicely with rice. The only problem is that there are occasionally tiny bones in it, which can be annoying. But that doesn't happen all the time. I really, really, really, really love California rolls because of the crabstick which I love. (They have avocado, cucumber, and crabstick in them.) She loves the crabstick so much she takes out the avocado and cucumber and just eats the crabstick with the rice! It's crazy!!!!  I always take out the avocado because it is bland and I don't like the texture. Well you can put wasabi on it!!! And the texture isn't that bad, surely... Well I appreciate you eating it for me and you still have to pay me fifty cents for eating a whole piece of avocado.  >:( Anyways, let's stay on task. Alaskan rolls (cucumber, avocado, salmon) are also pretty good, if a bit bland. Wasabi helps a lot, though. Also I like the dumplings (shumai, gyoza... there's more as well). YES! The shumai is awesome. You can pick from a shrimp inside or a pork inside. Personally, I like the shrimp more, but they're both still great.

The staff here is also very nice. Some of the waiters and waitresses will come over and have a conversation with you! But it does take a long time to cook. True, but many appetizers come fast. And it's always worth it. :) Still I have to bring a snack!
